Take a tantalizing culinary tour of Italy with language teacher & passionate amateur chef Giovanna Dimetros.
Your fun-filled adventure will include a cooking class, recipes, general information, and a mini-language class with the spellings and pronunciations of Italian words and phrases related to food.
Typical dishes from Italy will be prepared and enjoyed by the students with Italian music playing in the background. Singles and couples welcome.
Friday, June 9th, 2017 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
We’ll make a Bolognese sauce, paired with penne (gluten free upon request.) Bucatini all’amatriciana (gluten free upon request.) A variety of grilled summer vegetables. Tiramisu` (gluten free upon request.)
Only $65.00 per person per class. Classes limited to 16 participants, so please sign up early!! Registration and payment must be received by June 6, 2017.
